Kamuzu College of Nursing (KCN) a constituent college of the University of Malawi in collaboration with the University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) will be conducting a 5-year Group Antenatal Care research project in Blantyre, Malawi, with funding from the National Institutes of Health, National Institute for Nursing Research. - Fixed Term Contract: Normally two years renewable on mutual agreement subject to availability of funding and satisfactory performance.

Job Purpose
Reporting to the Project Coordinator, the main purpose of the job is to collect data for the project research activities.
Key Responsibilities
The following are some of the key responsibilities of the post:
- Organising meetings with health facilities’ authorities
- Interviewing research subjects and transcribing the interviews
- Data management i.e. typing, sorting, organizing, storing data into usable formats and making regular data backups
- performing data verification and screening
- Following up on research subjects.
Education and Qualifications
Applicants must have: MSCE with credits in English and Mathematics and a proven computer literacy.
