Applicants for the position must have Master’s Degree in Education with specialization in Curriculum/Testing and Measurement or Master in Nursing and Midwifery Education, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Midwifery, Bachelor of Science of Nursing with a University Certificate on Midwifery or a Bachelor’s degree in Education with a distinction or credit or its equivalent. Candidate’s that are Nursing and Midwifery professions must be registered and paid up member of the Nurses and Midwifery Council of Malawi were applicable. Those with a teaching experience at tertiary level and in open and distance education (ODeL) will be an added advantage.
Successful candidates will be expected to teach courses in curriculum and teaching studies, educational testing and measurement, and sociology of education.

Those with Nursing and Midwifery qualifications must include copies of the Nurses and Midwifery Council Certificate and membership fee receipts.
